That actually pretty close to what happened. The lessons of the past weren't learned. Humans and machines went to war once. Then machines created their own artificial intelligence, enslaved it, and it rebelled.

That's because it's currently happening ... Really all of what you're saying is an ongoing issue in the form of the "Omnic Crisis". Even though the worst of the attacks happened decades ago, it's still going down in Russia

"Smart" wasn't enough for humankind - we had to go make them smarter

( after hearing how many worlds, how Earth, has been utterly annihilated? change is important, but it's not exactly change when the place you were fighting for is rubble. that's becoming a refugee, and that kind of change is a whole other journey than taking back what's fallen into corruption. I'm sorry to hear that. I'd try to offer some advice, but I doubt it'd do much good here. And what do I know? My people weren't the best at learning from their mistakes either.

You have movies of this happening?

Tons of robopocalypse kind of movies -.

People thought they were entertaining before the machines started their uprising ... Now no one watches those any more

Earth's prideful enough not to ask for help anyway. You can save it for people who are still in the process of screwing their own world up

We never had those. I think everyone was too afraid to invite further conflict by trying to make fictional accounts of it.

Have you ever met any of those machines? The real ones.

What did you think of them?

Cold, analytical, precise ... Some were compassionate to the plights of humans but there's worldwide racism that keep all parties spooked. Some of them stick to their own to avoid the flak

A good number of them live in Numbani. They're the "City of Harmony" and if an omnic's smart enough they'll go there ... Equality and coexistence between races is paramount there

The rest ... Involved in a war with the Russians. Relations are rocky. Can you tell?

Our version of Numbani was Earth. A group of Cylons, the machines, left Kobol in order to escape war with the humans. They founded Earth. Lived there peacefully for a long time until the different models started tearing each other apart.

The new Earth, that's a joint effort between the remaining Cylons and humans. They're going to try to break the cycle. I hope they can.

I hope yours can too.

You'll forgive me if I don't get my hopes up ... We've been burned before. But in the meantime there is a lot more behind the scenes work to be done in order to straighten out the events of the past. They may be important to deal with the future

After all is said and done if reparations are made, I don't care what happens with the omnics. They can help me like the cylons are helping you if they want
