[What is the first thing that Zelos does when he realizes that these little wrist devices can communicate to everyone on the ship? That's simple.]

Yo, hunnies! [His voice sounds loud and clear across the communicators, his face also making a grinning appearance. Well, as much as this announcement might seem carefree, he's actually just fishing to see who's all on this ship. He heard there were a few groups of people in front of him at least, so who's he looking at here? He can't properly stay safe if he doesn't know the whole set up.]

Check me out! Are you seeing this, or what? Man, I look so cool, even on these little wrist bands! [His laughter sounds out, obnoxiously cheerful about this.] You guys can all hear me, right? Testing, testing, one, two, three...!

[He's probably made himself hated to more than half of the ship by now, but that's fine.] The name's Zelos Wilder, but you can just call me Zelos. ♥ We're all the unfortunate souls stuck in this screw up, right? So let's get along!

[That's his short and simple message, and with a wink, he turns the video off.]

[Zelos listens with great interest, and so as he leans in to peer at the screen, his first selfie is of a comically wide-eyed and curious expression. As soon as Victor finishes his words, though, Zelos is beaming, wrapping one arm around Victor and yanking him into a half hug as he holds up his own wrist communicator.]

So it's just taking pictures of yourself? Haha, why didn't you say so sooner?! This thing was made for me! Cheeeeese! [This time it's his turn to take a selfie of the two of them without warning. He's grinning like an idiot.]

( Victor endures the half-hug without returning it, not all that stiff, but just accepting the contact. This is amusing in a pleasant, uplifting, unimportant way. )

I thought you might enjoy selfies — ( Victor's smiling just as big, looking not so subtly amused in this snapshot. For better and worse, it's less at Zelos than at the enthusiasm for a form of photography Victor himself enjoyed.

Plus for the potential unleashing of another one-day Instagram user onto the Eluvio. Victor knows not all his goals are particularly noteworthy, but they do keep him engaged and entertained. )

Are you kidding? How do you think? It's a picture of two good looking guys!

[But he's the prettier one, he might say if he weren't so distracted by looking at the picture with glee. Ah, look at him, he is beautiful. And Victor is there, that's cool.] Oh man, how many of these can I take? Is it unlimited?

( He huffs out an amused laugh, shrugging his shoulders and turning his hands palm side up. )

Not exactly, but I have no idea how much memory there is to store pictures on these things. Hundreds? Thousands? More than enough photos to start! You can always figure out getting storage for them later if you wanted.

[Ahh, he withdraws his arms to himself closer, eyeing the wrist device closer with a wide smile.] Imagine how happy my countless hunnies would be if I had this back home! I could update them on my every move. Heheh, I've gotta take this back with me. I bet the guys at the research academy could do something with it...

( every day there's a social media conversion is a good day. Victor listens with an amused look on his face; he tosses up a hand in a wave of a kind when Zelos says thank you. )
