[visionarie]

[ The recording captures the burgundy-skinned synthezoid touching his dog tags before android-like eyes rise up to meet the camera. He's hesitant at first, pressing his lips together as if unsure how to start until: ]

I am sorry for the disturbance. [ His fingers run over the cool metal ] These identification markers [ call them dog-tags! ]. Since I've been given one,  does this mean I'm allowed to move through the ship without prior approval?

[ There's a hint of hope that flickers through his eyes at that question. He's not entirely certain but from what he's gathered, it seems to be the case. Still, he prefers a direct answer rather than to assume. ]

why would you need permission?
there's restricted areas, but no one's allowed in those.

[visionarie]

[ His lips press together unsure how to put into words the complexity of his situation. ]

I suppose, I don't require it here.

[ He was never forbidden to leave the Avenger's complex but neither was he encouraged. Vision understands acceptance takes time, so he was content to allow humanity to come to terms with the variable he presented. Though, that doesn't seem to be the case here, which is the root of his question. His way of pushing barriers. ]

[rumbling]

[ In a sense he can get that. But, also, he just doesn't care anymore. Maine might be good at taking orders, but no one is the boss of him anymore. He's dead anyway. What does he have to lose? ]

[ A quirk of his lips at that statement. ]

I suppose I don't have to listen to them.

[rumbling]

not really, no.
