Also, how do your people celebrate the lives that have ended?

i am afraid we dont have a ritual to properly communicate the enormity of such a tragedy it is best to leave that process up to the individual i am sorry about your friend

I don't know. Neither does Jyn. He was there, and then the next day he wasn't, and she's not exactly a heavy sleeper.

There is no longer a communications device or a set of keys/dogtags assigned to him. His assigned room is empty, not that he was sleeping there to begin with.

His workplace said that he was removed from the rosters the same day he disappeared. I can't say I've looked in every single shop, but I've asked about him in many of them.
