hey all, quick question here. trying to work something out.
did any of you meet up with people from home here? did you show up together to go to orientation and all that?
if so, did you get yanked from the same moment in time?

really? you think it's stupid to think about pointless stuff? thanks for the tip, totally gonna send you over my 'Marco's thoughts to ponder' list and make sure they're reaper-approved.

You worried a friend of yours is going to turn up and not remember you or something like that?
Haaa... on that same line, you know...
If time is different between people, a person who you think is dead might even show up.
[Clearly trying to derail his threat of being sent pointless lists.]

something like that.
you know, you're not the first person to say that. any particular reason?

There's always a reason for the things I talk about. I don't enjoy pointless prattle. If you don't get it, then I'll explain it.
Someone shows up from your home world. And they're from a point in time where they're happy and carefree.
And then it turns out that in their future--the future you're from, they've been dead for a few years.
How would that pan out for everyone involved?

you know, I figured that part out, though. the reason I was asking for input was to see if it had happened to anyone, that's all.
I dunno. I haven't personally run into anyone dead from home. you?

Everyone needs someone to put things in line. No matter how boring you find it. You'll grow up to appreciate it one day.
...
No, I've not run into anyone dead from home. Though, I can't say much for those who might meet up with me if they're to show up here and how they might feel.
