A number of things.

First, I want to know how many people are familiar with ninja and the shinobi world.

Second, I’m interested in increasing my knowledge when it comes to the technology on the ship.

Third, in connection with the second point, is there a way to stop others from being able to send messages to your communicator? Stopping all of them temporarily would also be acceptable.

All I know is the Shimada clan deal with Dragons. From what I know, they can control these... giant spirit forces, but I haven't ever seen it for myself. If they show up here, I'll let you know.

Don't be deliberately obtuse. As I told Suigetsu, it's an open post and you can see the responses of everyone here unless they're private.
There's mention of other ninja from other people here where they don't have any special abilities.

So I thought it appropriate to tell you that the Shimadas have power over something they call 'spirits'.

I'd hardly call that 'gossip'.

You're aware that it being well-known isn't what keeps it from being gossip, correct? I'm sure you have secrets which have been publicly shared that you'd rather not repeat.
