Second, I’m interested in increasing my knowledge when it comes to the technology on the ship.

Third, in connection with the second point, is there a way to stop others from being able to send messages to your communicator? Stopping all of them temporarily would also be acceptable.

I'm completely serious. It depends on which district you enter, but they'll inform you themselves at the entrance. The one I've been avoiding the most is the one that promotes violence. I won't survive in there at all. ♪

If I can suggest, whether or not you insist on going alone, there is one district that simply promotes relaxation. I was able to find many places with delicious tea, and some comforting food that was similar to home, as well. Rice, fish, soup... They had whatever might make you feel at ease.

I'm not here to pamper myself. It'd just be easier to get some seasonings and ingredients for later before moving onto something more productive. I'll need to acquire some more funds first, however.

I'm only 19 because I celebrated my birthday on this ship a couple of months ago. Even as one of the liaisons for the fek, I can't do much to help out here, so can't I at least enjoy myself?

It's only criticisms to his own skills and things he's put a lot of effort into that he gets annoyed at— unless the person bothering him goes to really immature places to bother him. There are some nice hamburgers, but if those are too western, then there was one small location that had simple bento-like meals. Rice, seaweed, vegetables and fish. The tea was nice there.
