[Leonard's a bit leery when he activates the video comm on his device and gives it a very intent look, as if he could see through it to the entirety of the network. Spoilers: He can't. He just likes making people uncomfortable, if the lengthy silence is anything to go by.
As a matter of fact, it stretches on so long that it might seem like the video was an accident and he wasn't aware he was broadcasting. Don't be silly, he's not that careless.]
Here's the thing, [He begins calmly with a bit of a lilt to his voice as he speaks.] I'm no stranger to space travel. What I don't understand is how my ship [He sure did call the Waverider "his". He hopes Rip is rolling over back in their reality.] fell through this rift with me, but the rest of the crew did not.
Anyway, I'm Leonard Snart, also called Captain Cold by some. I'm a Sagittarius and like long walks on the beach at sunset, rom-coms, and holding hands. [No, he doesn't. All of that was a lie except his name and alias. If his deadpan delivery says anything at all, it's that he's a sarcastic little shit.]
I don't need friends, but in my experience, allies come in handy. I'm more likely to lend a hand to an ally than a stranger.

Onboard Artificial Intelligence. She's called Gideon, and she's a really smart computer that almost seems human. [Hell, the way she's been backtalking him lately, he's pretty sure it's more than 'seems' human. Snarky program.] Yeah, the Waverider's pretty big. But I don't make it a habit of visiting other space-time ships, so my opinion's kind of relative on that matter.
Don't thank her, she'll start expecting it. [DEADPAN AS HELL because it's hard NOT to treat Gideon like a human with common human courtesies, like thanking her.] Whenever you're ready to take a look, let me know and I'll make sure she doesn't vaporise you on the spot. [Is he joking? Maybe. Possibly. Does he sound like he's joking? Nope. Spoilers: He's joking.]

When I get back from Bajikan, I wanna see the Waverider for sure! In the meantime, I guess I'm just checking out this heptagon of districts. It's pretty neat, have you been down yet?

Can't say that I have just yet. Still adjusting to the whole space kidnapped thing. Throwing myself into yet another strange environment just didn't sound like my cup of tea. What's it like?

(looking around, not in any one district but standing at the epicentre of all of them.)
It's really spacious and all of the buildings are super tall. There are seven special gates, I think, with each corresponding to the tokens you probably got already. I've only been to where the blue and black gates go and, so far? They're really something... (holding up his blue and black tokens, rubbing them together between his fingers.)
In blue, you can nap without consequence and drink the tea they give you and relax on these big, fluffy futons, but in black you can fight anyone without repercussions. There are a ton of weapons to take and people super hungry to bet on matches, so I've been making a fair bit of money, hahaha. I can't lose!

The crowds bet on one of the fighters, I've seen their managers hocking bets and stuff. It's really funny, you should check it out. (a throaty laugh,) Some of 'em get dirty, but you just gotta get dirty right back.

People are really intimidating in Ira because they're all so pissed off all the time, you might get that way too for all I know. But it's better you don't go all by yourself, 'cause that's just asking for trouble. (there's a large amount of truth to this, but also it's that he doesn't want to go alone...
