You were in your room at some point, to have organized it yourself in the first place. You should have locked it before you left it again.

Find them, and 'organize' their room. See how they like it.

[Unlike someone else might think, organizing someone elses' room isn't doing them a favour. It was an insult. A prank could be cleaned up, at least--Gabriel himself would likely lose his head if he were the victim here.]

Instead of the state of your room...
I think you should be more concerned about the fact that you either:

A. Sleep-walked into a different ship entirely
B. Were kidnapped and put into a different ship
C. Have some practical jokers in your quarters needing punished
