I hope all of you are doing alright after everything that's happened. Our new friends must be in mourning, so let's do our best to respect them and work together to make it easier on them. Even if we are to fall seven times, together, we can stand up eight and help these new crewmates on their feet as well. The Fek seem to have some amount of trust towards myself and my two teammates who visited them back on the planet, Victor and Yuuri, so if you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask us. You know, they're very cute, gentle creatures.

However, in the midst of all of this torment and heartbreak, I'd like to focus on brighter things. We all seem to be arriving from different worlds, dates and times, and Victor had mentioned to me that he was keeping a calendar. If we are able to share our dates like this, I believe we can become closer as a community and offer support towards one another, you know? I support this idea fully, so, I'd like to help out in whatever way that I can, beginning with your birthdays. If you don't mind, please let me know your name and birthday so that we can add it to our calendar. ♪ Fufu, for those of you with more unique calendars, let's discuss a way to translate it so that you won't be left behind. Leave it to me.

There is no shame in feeling a fear of death, or embracing it, either way. But I don't believe you are so desensitized to it as you claim, nor would I want you to be. There is more than one of us who continues to fight for a dream of our own, right? Deflecting out of fear is natural. It doesn't mean I'll accept the deflection.

As the scion of the Tenshouin family, and the Emperor of Yumenosaki Academy, or at the very least a man who once called himself Emperor, I'm meant to keep my head held high and keep moving forward. Unfortunately, you're right; this fear isn't something I can get rid of, no matter how hard I might try. Even for the sake of appearances, I must hold myself like an Emperor even now, so that I can rise back to that position. I must remain composed. I can't let me weakness and cowardliness show.

( it's interesting, because he knows he can't entirely relate. yet it's because he also knows Yuuri that he can relate more than he would have been able to even six months earlier; the depth and range of his own emotional awareness has grown, taken form from more than his own machinations.

Both myself and Yuuri consider you to be a friend, Eichi. I respect what you manage and strive for. I'll support that drive, because it's one that speaks to me, too. I'm hard pressed to turn a blind eye toward the people I find interesting. I want to see you succeed.

When you want to talk about what you can't show the world, both myself and Yuuri will listen, without finding you weak, and without finding you a coward. You're a brave young man. Without making excuses, in the face of factors none of us may control, know that you are not alone. You don't have to live that way, and you don't have to carry your own burdens without taking a moment to rest. It took me a very long time to understand the same thing.
