[ It's good that Jason can't get Citra on the phone. She's a lying, backstabbing, heartless bitch who deserves to have been killed a hundred times over. Vaas should have killed her himself, but family's fucking complicated. It's still complicated. He's glad that she's dead. He's free now in a way that he wasn't when she was still alive.

But she was his sister and deep down, he still loves her as much as he hates her.
