Well- It's a bit difficult to explain it since it always sounded so logical to me. But for example, you teach two people how to cut an apple, which means both were given this information fairly. But what they do with this information is different - and the one who studied more about cutting apples, who tried to understand it or who managed to get a mentor, will be able to provide more. Both had the same equal information, but one applied it better.

What did you learn in your world? More than ninja skills?
